Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Virtual Receptionist Philippines ("VRPH") services. By signing a service agreement or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services Provided

VRPH provides dedicated Filipino virtual receptionists who answer inbound calls on your behalf during agreed US business hours, log calls in your CRM, and perform lead follow-up tasks as defined in your service agreement. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis at the tier selected during onboarding (Starter, Growth, or Full Coverage).

Onboarding

Your first week of service is an onboarding period. Your receptionist spends this week learning your call scripts, products, and CRM workflow. Live call answering begins only after you review and approve the training. Your approval is required before go-live.

Payment

  • Monthly fees are due on the first day of each billing period.
  • Payment is accepted via bank transfer or credit card as specified in your invoice.
  • Invoices unpaid after 10 business days result in service suspension until payment clears.
  • VRPH reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel the service agreement with 30 days written notice sent to info@virtualreceptionistphilippines.com. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. Service continues through the end of the paid period after notice is given.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate call scripts, business information, and CRM access during onboarding.
  • Keep your contact information and billing details current.
  • Respond to onboarding requests within 3 business days to avoid delays to your go-live date.
  • Notify VRPH of changes to your business hours, services, or call handling preferences with at least 5 business days notice.

Receptionist Replacement

If your receptionist is unavailable due to illness or emergency, VRPH provides backup coverage using a trained substitute who has access to your scripts. If you are dissatisfied with your receptionist's performance, notify us in writing. We investigate and provide a resolution, including replacement if warranted, at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability

VRPH is not liable for missed calls caused by technical failures in your phone system, VoIP provider, or call forwarding setup. VRPH is not liable for business losses resulting from calls handled according to your approved scripts. Our total liability for any claim arising from this agreement is limited to the fees paid in the month the issue occurred.

Confidentiality

VRPH treats all client business information as confidential. Receptionists sign confidentiality agreements before assignment. VRPH does not share your business data, caller information, or CRM records with third parties outside of those listed in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes not resolved by mutual agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

Changes to These Terms

VRPH may update these terms with 30 days written notice to active clients. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
