Virtual Receptionist Philippines ("VRPH", "we", "our") is a virtual receptionist service that provides dedicated Filipino receptionists and CRM setup to US service businesses. Our contact email is info@virtualreceptionistphilippines.com.
We collect information in two ways.
Information you give us directly: When you contact us or sign up for our service, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your business needs.
Information generated through service delivery: As part of providing receptionist services, we handle call logs, caller names and phone numbers, messages taken on your behalf, appointment records, and CRM data entered into your GoHighLevel account.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your business data for marketing to third parties.
We use the following tools to deliver our service. Each has its own privacy policy.
We retain call logs and CRM records for the duration of your service agreement plus 90 days after termination. After that period, your data is deleted from our systems on request. If you do not request deletion, we retain summary records for up to 12 months for internal quality review.
We limit access to your business data to your assigned receptionist and VRPH management. Receptionists are trained on data handling before going live. Access is revoked immediately upon offboarding.

We update this policy when our data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
